Karaoke

If you or your wedding guests are partial to a sing song, you may be pleased to know we offer a karaoke service. Our extensive karaoke library of over 12,000 tracks, covers Traditional Irish to Rock ‘N’ Roll, Love Ballads to Punk Rock, from the 60's to 2000! Karaoke is a great way to entertainment your guests and create a great atmosphere as well as having a good laugh with your friends and family. You may have never known your inlaws were such great singers!

Please note the karaoke is there for you and your guests to enjoy. The DJ does not sing!! However the DJ does play the drums in The Skatoons, see the links page.

Karaoke has had its ups and downs, it was very popular when it first hit our shores in the eighties and has suffered a few lows during the nineties but now it is more popular than ever. Technology has moved on over the years making karaoke more accessible and more fun than ever.

We suggest that, if there are any special requests or particular songs you would like to have included, you provide us with a list at least 10 days before the function.

Equipment

We ensure that the equipment is of a good standard and well maintained. Our system is fully computerised offering quick access to our massive database. We do not use books, pens and request sheets! Simply request your track with the DJ on the night and we'll have you singing right away! Karaoke comes complete with a high quality sound system, reverb, screens and microphones, and can be accompanied by disco lights and smoke machine. It is advisable when filling in a booking form that you let us know if there is limited space at a venue, so that we can prepare to tailor our equipment to your needs.
